Surepoint Equity, LLC (“Surepoint Equity,” “we” or “us”), values your privacy. The following Privacy Policy explains our practices with respect to how we collect, use, disclose and secure your personal information in connection with our website at www.surepointequity.com (the “Site”) and our lending service or related services (“Service”). This Privacy Policy applies to personal information we collect from you through the Site, but does not apply to any personal information collected otherwise or by third parties from you. This Privacy Policy forms part of the Terms and Conditions of Use that govern your use of our Site.

This notice describes our Privacy Policy effective as of October,10, 2016, and we reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes to the Privacy Policy will be immediately effective upon the posting of the updated policy. Opt-out/California Residents. California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits users of the Site who are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of Personal Information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. 9. Modifications to Privacy Policy. We may modify this Privacy Policy from time to time in our sole discretion. If we make a material change to this Privacy Policy, we will post such changes on our Website and we will send also send notice via email.
